KYB for companies

Singula reads the seven documents a company onboarding runs on and checks them against the SAT and the INE. It then cross-checks them against each other and returns the outcome of every check.

7 documents in one dossier
30 cross-checks resolved
Free test environment

Company documents

The deed, the power of attorney, the tax certificate, the utility bill and the representative’s ID share one integration.

Checked at the source

The tax certificate is confronted with the SAT registry and the ID card with the INE electoral roll.

Beneficial ownership

The deed returns the shareholder table by stake and flags whoever controls from 25 per cent up.

Documents cross-checked

Thirty cross-checks compare the documents with each other and with their source, and each returns the file it read.

Company onboarding

The dossier answers whether every document describes the same company.

Each document is verified separately against its own source. Then they are compared with each other: the deed’s legal name against the SAT’s, the attorney on the power against the person on the ID card, the tax ID on the e.firma against the one on the certificate. The dossier hands over each comparison with the file it read.

Every document arrives with its own verdict

The dossier is built from the documents you already processed. These are the seven it is made of.

Verified tax certificate

Cross-checked with the SAT registry, returning the taxpayer standing and any listing in the 69 and 69-B padrones.

Incorporation deed

Returns the legal name, the notarial data, the commercial registry evidence and the shareholder table.

Power of attorney

Returns who grants the power, who receives it, with which faculties, before which notary and until when.

Representative ID

Their INE, read on both sides and validated against the INE electoral roll, or their approved identity verification with an INE, passport or resident card and liveness. The CURP it prints is checked with RENAPO, included in the price.

Proof of address

Returns the service holder, the address broken into parts and the issue date of the bill.

Company e.firma

Returns every certificate on the tax ID with its validity window and the days left before it expires.

Verified email

A six-digit code proves the mailbox, and the domain arrives profiled with its registration age.

Every cross-check ends in one of three states

Thirty cross-checks compare the documents with each other and with their source. Each returns its state, the reason and the files it read.

State 1

Agrees

Both documents say the same thing, and the check names the values it compared.

State 2

Not evaluable

The document is missing or the source has not answered yet. It never reads as approved.

State 3

Contradicts

The documents disagree. The check names which ones and with which values.

Dossier outcome

The dossier closes as approved, under review or rejected. An empty dossier closes under review: passing takes evidence, not an absence of contradictions.

Rules per organization

Thresholds and cross-checks are configured per organization. The factory values demand the seven documents, a proof of address under ninety days and an e.firma with fifteen days of runway.

Beneficial ownership

The deed returns who controls the company, not only who signed it.

The shareholder table arrives ordered by stake, with each holder’s person type and nationality. Whoever reaches 25 per cent is flagged as a controller. When the deed states contributions instead of percentages, the stake is computed over the total.

A stake that could not be computed arrives blank and never counts as control. Not measuring is not the same as not controlling.

Representatives and partners

The KYB verifies the company and every one of its people.

You name the legal representative, the attorney, the partners and the controlling owners. Each person runs a KYC of their own, and the company onboarding waits until all of them answer.

One KYC per person

Every person runs the individual onboarding flow your organization already published.

By email or by link

Singula emails the link to each person, or hands the links back for you to distribute.

One single verdict

The worst one wins: a decline declines the step and a review leaves it under review.

Priced per step

Each person pays for their steps at each tool’s standalone price, just like the company’s steps.

The company and each person stay related by role, and one person can represent several companies. Each onboarding’s dossier reads the verified identity of its own people. When the signer is not one of the attorneys the power of attorney names, the onboarding goes to review.

How it works

Step 1

The documents arrive

Your customer uploads them from your product, or your team adds them to the company file.

Step 2

Each one is verified

The type is recognised, its data extracted and cross-checked with the SAT or the INE where it applies.

Step 3

They are cross-checked

Thirty cross-checks compare the documents, and every result keeps the file it came from.

Step 4

The dossier closes

It returns the onboarding outcome, the representative who can sign and the controlling owners.

The three channels are the same run, the same server-side verdict and the same charge.

Every step charges its tool’s list price, the same as the standalone check. The document step adds its extra pages, just as it does on its own.

Only the steps this kind of onboarding admits are listed. The data step goes once and first, and each tool goes in only once; only documents and the representatives step repeat. That is what a publishable version looks like.

What stays on your side

Singula hands over the cross-checks and the evidence behind each one. The decision on each company stays with you.

  • Every check is stored with its date in the company file, available for audit.
  • The acceptance policy belongs to your company. We hand over the cross-checks with their evidence; what you do with a dossier under review is set by your manual.
  • The revocation of a power of attorney is out of scope: only the notary’s registry knows it.
  • The privacy notice and the holder’s consent stay on your company’s side.

Frequently asked questions

No. The dossier is built from what you already processed. Whatever is missing stays not evaluable, never failed, and the dossier says so.

You can pin exactly which requests make up the dossier. That is how the card stored on that individual’s own record joins the company file.

No. It hands over each cross-check with the evidence it read, the representative who can sign and the controlling owners. The onboarding decision stays in your manual.

Each person’s run charges its own steps, at each tool’s standalone price. The whole onboarding is the sum of the company’s steps and its people’s, plus, once each, the files that were uploaded, already read and used by no step.
