Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide usage information to site owners, and remember your preferences.

Cookies we use

Essential

Required for the basic functioning of the site. They enable core features such as authentication, session management, and security. They cannot be disabled.

Examples: Session cookies, CSRF tokens, authentication tokens.

Analytics

Help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read and where people drop off — so we can improve it. They are not required for the site to work and you can refuse them from this page.

  • ph_<project_key>_posthog Set by PostHog. Stores an anonymous identifier for the browser and its current session so that page views can be grouped into a single visit.
  • _ga Set by Google Analytics. Distinguishes one browser from another in order to produce aggregate usage statistics.

Advertising and measurement

Let us measure how many of the people who see one of our ads end up creating an account, so we can evaluate our advertising. They are not required for the site to work and you can refuse them from this page.

  • _gcl_au Set by Google Ads (conversion linker). Stores information about ad clicks so a sign-up can be attributed to the campaign that led to it.
  • _gcl_aw Set by Google Ads when you reach the site from one of our ads. Stores the click identifier used for that same attribution.
  • sg_attr Set by Singula (our own cookie, 90 days). Stores the ad click identifier (gclid) and the campaign parameters of the link you arrived through, so that an account you create later can be attributed to the campaign that produced it.

Functional

Remember your preferences to provide a more personalized experience. Disabling them may affect certain features.

Examples: Language preference, display settings.

  • singula_privacy_choice Stored in your browser's local storage (it is not a cookie and is never sent to our servers). Records whether you accepted or refused analytics so we do not ask again.

International data transfers

The usage information collected by PostHog is processed on PostHog Cloud US infrastructure, located in the United States. Google's tags (Google Analytics and Google Ads) process this information on Google's infrastructure, which operates servers in the United States and other countries. Both providers process the data on Singula's behalf, under their own data processing terms and solely for the purposes described above; Singula receives no consideration for this information. Using this site therefore involves processing this data outside Mexico.

How to manage cookies

Turn off analytics on this site

You can refuse analytics and advertising cookies here. Your decision is stored in this browser: if you use another device or clear the site data, you will need to set it again. Essential cookies cannot be turned off because the site would not work without them.

You can also configure your browser to reject or delete cookies. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View and delete existing cookies.
  • Block all cookies or only third-party cookies.
  • Configure exceptions for specific sites.

Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the site and certain features may not work correctly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. The last update date is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this policy from time to time.
