You pay per check, in pesos and up front. Every check that returns a valid answer is charged, a negative result included. One that fails is not charged, except a document, an INE, an identity verification, an e.firma, a SPEI trace or an investigation that fails after its paid call: that one, at its base price.

A valid answer, negative included
Every check that returns a valid answer is charged, a negative result included (a CURP that is not in the registry, for instance).
A failure is charged only if it already cost
On documents, INE, identity verification, e.firma, SPEI tracking and person investigation, a check that fails after its paid call is charged at its base price, even when the failure is ours — an INE already read whose Lista Nominal is under maintenance, an identity photo that was already reviewed —; if it fails before it, nothing is deducted from your balance. On CURP, RFC, phone, lists, court records and email a failure is not charged. A document is charged even if it comes out unreadable, and not charged if it was never read (locked without its password, empty, too large or impossible to open). An empty answer because no source replied is not charged.

Every charge, its folio
The statement links each charge to the check that produced it.
Every step costs what its tool costs on its own.
A run charges the steps that finished, each at its tool’s list price and under the same failure rule as on its own; repeating a capture on the page is free. The document step adds its extra pages, just as it does on its own, and a file the person uploaded that no step used is charged once, at its standalone price, only if it was already read. Each tool goes into a flow once; only documents, a KYB’s representatives step and the same tool on branches that exclude each other repeat (a run charges only the branch that ran).
The statement shows the run as a single row with its step count. Someone who abandons halfway pays only for what was consumed.

Is your company already here?
If someone on your domain already signed up, you request to join theirs and an admin approves you.
The grant is per company domain, once in that domain’s lifetime. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and disposable inboxes get the test environment, which is free and unlimited, and move to production with a top-up.
It depends which check, and it goes further than it looks: 33 CURP or RFC validations, 83 phone checks, 20 INE reads or 16 documents. The credit lasts 30 days and only applies in production; the test environment consumes nothing.

Your company’s KYB opens judicial records on any person and on companies, plus electronic signature. The KYB is self-service too. Upload the tax certificate and the deed, and the dossier runs on its own.
